Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms
mediaflary operates this website as a commercial service providing professional media feed solutions including video operations, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and Permitted Use
The site is intended for professional users in the media and broadcasting sector within the United Kingdom and elsewhere. You must be at least eighteen years old and have authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organisation. Permitted use is limited to legitimate business enquiries, service requests and viewing of publicly available information. Any other use requires prior written consent from mediaflary.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape content, transmit malware, impersonate others or use the service for illegal broadcasting, unauthorised distribution of signals or any activity that could harm third parties. Violations may result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities under UK law including the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
Accounts, Submissions and User Content
Where accounts or submission forms are provided you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and for all content you submit. You grant mediaflary a licence to use submitted material solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services. You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights and complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All text, graphics, logos and other material on the site are owned by mediaflary or its licensors. You may view pages for personal or internal business use but must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without express permission. Trademarks must not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior approval.

The site may reference third-party tools or services used in media feed delivery. mediaflary does not control or endorse these providers and accepts no liability for their performance, security or content. Any interaction with third parties is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.
Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination
mediaflary aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended for maintenance, legal compliance or security reasons. mediaflary may terminate or restrict access at its discretion, particularly where terms are breached. Provisions that by nature survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the site and services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, mediaflary excludes warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other non-excludable statutory right.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to the above, mediaflary total liability arising from or in connection with the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit applies to all claims whether in contract, tort or otherwise and does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify mediaflary against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the service or any content you submit, including costs of defending such claims.
Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and benefit from mandatory protections of their local law.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. mediaflary may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
